目的：探讨美国疼痛学会（American Pain Society，APS）评价体系在骨科疼痛管理中的作用。方法2011年我院骨科患者术后采取常规疼痛治疗及护理，2012年开展急性疼痛管理服务后，采用APS评价体系对患者进行疼痛管理，比较疼痛管理前后的服务过程及结果质量考核的情况。结果管理后患者疼痛评估方法较管理前正确，观察处理记录及时，镇痛得到规范有效的控制；患者掌握知识、疼痛控制效果、睡眠时间等疼痛服务结果均优于管理前，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。结论应用APS评价体系进行疼痛管理，给医院优质疼痛管理指明了方向，有利于疼痛服务工作的持续改进。
목적：탐토미국동통학회（American Pain Society，APS）평개체계재골과동통관리중적작용。방법2011년아원골과환자술후채취상규동통치료급호리，2012년개전급성동통관리복무후，채용APS평개체계대환자진행동통관리，비교동통관리전후적복무과정급결과질량고핵적정황。결과관리후환자동통평고방법교관리전정학，관찰처리기록급시，진통득도규범유효적공제；환자장악지식、동통공제효과、수면시간등동통복무결과균우우관리전，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.01）。결론응용APS평개체계진행동통관리，급의원우질동통관리지명료방향，유리우동통복무공작적지속개진。
Objective To explore the role of American Pain Society ( APS) evaluation system in bone pain management . Methods Orthopaedic patients were treated with a conventional pain treatment and nursing during 2011 in our hospital .The APS eval-uation system was applied in pain management in 2012 after acute pain management services were developed .The pain management service process and quality of the results were compared between the two years .Results The pain assessment method was more correct when compared before and after management .The observation records were made in time .Analgesia was effectively controlled .Patient knowledge ,pain services such as pain control effect and sleep time after management were all better than before .All the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusion Application of the APS evaluation system for pain management pointes out the direc -tion of hospital high quality pain management that is helpful to improve the pain service .
