目的：探讨肺癌患者血清脂蛋白a表达水平，探讨其临床意义。方法应用生化分析仪采用免疫比浊法测定我院122例肺癌患者（肺癌组）及同期122名健康体检者（正常组）血清脂蛋白a浓度，比较其差异。结果肺癌组患者血清脂蛋白a水平及异常率均高于正常组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。肺癌组患者中，血清脂蛋白a水平及异常率IV期＞III期＞I～II期患者，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论血清脂蛋白a可能与肺癌的分期和预后相关。
목적：탐토폐암환자혈청지단백a표체수평，탐토기림상의의。방법응용생화분석의채용면역비탁법측정아원122례폐암환자（폐암조）급동기122명건강체검자（정상조）혈청지단백a농도，비교기차이。결과폐암조환자혈청지단백a수평급이상솔균고우정상조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。폐암조환자중，혈청지단백a수평급이상솔IV기＞III기＞I～II기환자，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론혈청지단백a가능여폐암적분기화예후상관。
Objective To explore the significance of detection of serum lipoprotein a in patients with lung cancer .Methods Levels of serum lipoprotein a were detected in 122 patients with lung cancer by using an immune turbidimetric test with a biochemical analyzer .The results were compared with that in 122 healthy controls .Results The levels of serum lipoprotein a and the abnormal rate in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than that in the controls group ( P<0.05 ) .In the cancer groups , the levels of se-rum lipoprotein a and the abnormal rate in stage IV were higher than that in stage III that in turn higher than that in stages I ~II ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The expression levels of serum lipoprotein a may be associated with the stages and prognosis of lung cancer .
