RF%anti-CCP%anti-RA33%RA%Diagnosis
目的：探讨类风湿因子（ rheumatoid factor ，RF）、抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体（ anti cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody ，抗CCP）和抗RA33抗体检测在类风湿关节炎（ rheumatoid Arthritis ，RA）诊断中的价值。方法2010年5月至2013年12月住院治疗的RA患者65例，自身免疫病患者72例及同期健康体检者49例。采用透射比浊法及酶联免疫法检测RF、抗CCP及RA33抗体，分析与临床诊断的相关性。结果 RF与抗CCP、抗RA33检测RA的效果比较，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05），抗CCP与抗RA33检测RA的效果差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。 RF、抗RA33和抗RA33检测结果与临床诊断RA存在关联性（ r分别为0.984、0.984和0.863）。结论 RF、抗CCP及抗RA33均可应用于临床辅助诊断RA。

목적：탐토류풍습인자（ rheumatoid factor ，RF）、항배과안산다태항체（ anti cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody ，항CCP）화항RA33항체검측재류풍습관절염（ rheumatoid Arthritis ，RA）진단중적개치。방법2010년5월지2013년12월주원치료적RA환자65례，자신면역병환자72례급동기건강체검자49례。채용투사비탁법급매련면역법검측RF、항CCP급RA33항체，분석여림상진단적상관성。결과 RF여항CCP、항RA33검측RA적효과비교，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.05），항CCP여항RA33검측RA적효과차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）。 RF、항RA33화항RA33검측결과여림상진단RA존재관련성（ r분별위0.984、0.984화0.863）。결론 RF、항CCP급항RA33균가응용우림상보조진단RA。
Objective To investigate the value of rheumatoid Factor (RF), anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide auto-antibody ( anti-CCP) and anti-RA33 auto-antibody in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) .Methods Serum RA, anti-CCP and anti-RA33 in 65 patients with RA , 72 patients with other auto-immune diseases and 49 healthy subjects from May , 2010 to December , 2013 in our hospital were measured by using an immune turbidimetric test or ELISA .Correlation between the tests and clinical diagnostic was analyzed .Results There was difference in diagnosis of RA between RF and anti-CCP or between RF and anti-RA33 ( P<0.05 ) .The positive of RF was higher than that of anti-CCP or anti-RA33.There was no difference in the diagnosis of RA between anti-CCP and an-ti-RA33.There was a relationship among RF, anti-CCP and anti-RA33 in clinical diagnosis of RA.Conclusion RF and anti-CCP and anti-RA33 can be used to diagnose RA .
