目的：探讨平阳霉素碘化油乳剂治疗肝脏多发血管瘤的效果。方法选取在我院行动脉栓塞术治疗的肝脏多发血管瘤患者68例，其中37例经动脉行平阳霉素碘化油乳剂栓塞治疗（平阳霉素组），31例经动脉行无水乙醇碘化油乳剂栓塞治疗（无水乙醇组），比较两组临床效果。结果平阳霉素组治疗总有效率94.59％，无水乙醇组83.87％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；平阳霉素组并发症发生率43.24％，对照组67.74％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论在肝脏多发血管瘤治疗中，平阳霉素碘化油乳剂治疗效果佳，值得推广。
목적：탐토평양매소전화유유제치료간장다발혈관류적효과。방법선취재아원행동맥전새술치료적간장다발혈관류환자68례，기중37례경동맥행평양매소전화유유제전새치료（평양매소조），31례경동맥행무수을순전화유유제전새치료（무수을순조），비교량조림상효과。결과평양매소조치료총유효솔94.59％，무수을순조83.87％，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）；평양매소조병발증발생솔43.24％，대조조67.74％，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론재간장다발혈관류치료중，평양매소전화유유제치료효과가，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of pingyangmycin iodized oil emulsion in the treatment of multiple liver hemangiomas .Methods Sixty-eight patients with multiple liver hemangiomas in our hospital were treated by using an arterial em -bolization.Thirty-seven cases accepted injection of pingyangmycin iodized oil emulsion (pingyangmycin group) while 31 cases accepted non-water-alcohol injection of iodized oil emulsion ( non-water-alcohol group ) .Results The effective rate in the pingyangmycin group (94.59%) was significantly higher than that in the non-water-alcohol group (83.87%) (P <0.05).The complication incidence in the pingyangmycin group (43.24%) was significantly lower than that in non-water-alcohol group (67.74%) (P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of multiple liver hemangiomas ,the therapeutic effect of pingyangmycin iodized oil emulsion is good .It is worthy of pro-motion.
