目的：评价腭大动脉岛状瓣修复腭部洞穿性缺损术后患者的语音功能恢复情况。方法选取35例腭部肿瘤进行手术治疗的患者，按随机数字表法分为修复重建组（n＝19）与非修复重建组（n＝16）。修复重建组应用带腭大动脉的岛式黏骨膜组织瓣行硬软腭即刻修复重建，术后6个月进行患者自我语音评价及医师评定语音清晰度，并与腭部缺损未行修复重建组的术后语音功能进行比较。结果修复重建组患者的自我语音评价优良率为84.21％，医师语音清晰度评价语音障碍率仅10.53％，与非修复重建组比较，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论腭大动脉岛式黏骨膜瓣修复腭部洞穿性缺损能够较好的重建口腔发音结构，恢复口腔语音功能。
목적：평개악대동맥도상판수복악부동천성결손술후환자적어음공능회복정황。방법선취35례악부종류진행수술치료적환자，안수궤수자표법분위수복중건조（n＝19）여비수복중건조（n＝16）。수복중건조응용대악대동맥적도식점골막조직판행경연악즉각수복중건，술후6개월진행환자자아어음평개급의사평정어음청석도，병여악부결손미행수복중건조적술후어음공능진행비교。결과수복중건조환자적자아어음평개우량솔위84.21％，의사어음청석도평개어음장애솔부10.53％，여비수복중건조비교，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론악대동맥도식점골막판수복악부동천성결손능구교호적중건구강발음결구，회복구강어음공능。
Objective To evaluate the recovery status of speech function after repairing palate cavity defects with an island -type mucoperiosteum flap from major palatine arteriae .Methods Thirty-five patients with palate tumor were divided into reconstruction and non-reconstruction groups .Patients in the reconstruction group received immediate reconstruction with an island-type mucoperioste-um flap from major palatine arteriae .They received self-evaluation of speech function and evaluation of voice intelligibility by doctors af -ter 6 months of operation .The results were compared between the two groups .Results The excellent rate of speech function in the re-construction group was 84.21% by self-evaluation .Speech impediment rate was only 10.53% by evaluation of voice intelligibility . There was a statistical significance between the two groups ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The operation of repairing palate cavity defect by using an island type mucoperiosteum flap of major palatine may reconstruct the phonatory structure ,and recover the speech function .
