目的：探讨急诊CT平扫对急性肠系膜上静脉血栓的诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析经手术及临床确诊的24例急性肠系膜上静脉血栓形成的CT平扫表现。结果22例肠系膜上静脉血栓CT平扫均示肠系膜上静脉管径增宽，管壁毛糙，其中19例肠系膜上静脉密度增高，20例见肠系膜脂肪间隙模糊、密度增高,15例见小肠管壁增厚、密度改变，3例见肠壁积气，15例见腹腔积液。结论 CT平扫对于诊断急性肠系膜上静脉血栓具有重要价值。
목적：탐토급진CT평소대급성장계막상정맥혈전적진단개치。자료여방법회고성분석경수술급림상학진적24례급성장계막상정맥혈전형성적CT평소표현。결과22례장계막상정맥혈전CT평소균시장계막상정맥관경증관，관벽모조，기중19례장계막상정맥밀도증고，20례견장계막지방간극모호、밀도증고,15례견소장관벽증후、밀도개변，3례견장벽적기，15례견복강적액。결론 CT평소대우진단급성장계막상정맥혈전구유중요개치。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of emergent CT in acute superior mesenteric venous thrombosis.MaterialsandMethods The plain CT findings of 24 cases of acute superior mesenteric venous thrombosis was retrospectively analyzed, which were confirmed by clinical operation or clinical diagnosis.Results In plain CT scan images, there were superior mesenteric vein widened and vein exudation in 22 cases, high density of vein in 19 cases, raised mesenteric fat density in 20 cases, bowel wall thickened and density change in 15 cases, bowel wall pneumatosis in 3 cases and different extent of ascites in 15 cases.Conclusion The plain CT proves to be significant value in diagnosising of acute superior mesenteric venous thrombosis.
