Alzheimer's Disease Model Rats%Clinical Medical Magnetic Resonance%T2-Weighted Imging%T2 * Weighted Imaging%Susceptibility Weighted Imaging
目的:使用临床医用1.5TMR成像仪对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer Disease,AD)大鼠模型的颅脑行MR成像研究。材料和方法随机选择健康雌性SD大鼠10只(7-8周),通过多影响因素建立SD大鼠的AD模型,然后使用临床医用1.5TMR成像仪对AD模型大鼠进行T1WI、T2WI、T2*WI、SWI成像。结果 AD模型大鼠大脑的颞顶叶皮质、腹侧海马下皮质区和海马区可以发现一些散在的类圆形的低信号区,并与脑实质Aβ免疫组化、Thioflavine S及铁染色阳性结果相重叠。结论在未有超高场小动物专用磁共振成像仪的情况下,临床医用磁共振对AD模型大鼠颅脑MR成像的研究是可行的。

목적:사용림상의용1.5TMR성상의대아이자해묵병(Alzheimer Disease,AD)대서모형적로뇌행MR성상연구。재료화방법수궤선택건강자성SD대서10지(7-8주),통과다영향인소건립SD대서적AD모형,연후사용림상의용1.5TMR성상의대AD모형대서진행T1WI、T2WI、T2*WI、SWI성상。결과 AD모형대서대뇌적섭정협피질、복측해마하피질구화해마구가이발현일사산재적류원형적저신호구,병여뇌실질Aβ면역조화、Thioflavine S급철염색양성결과상중첩。결론재미유초고장소동물전용자공진성상의적정황하,림상의용자공진대AD모형대서로뇌MR성상적연구시가행적。
Objective The 1.5T MR imager was used to investigate the MRI imaging of model rats' brain which with Alzheimer's disease.Methods Ten female SD rats, aged 7-8 weeks,were selected randomly. Then induced Alzheimer's disease model basing on multi-effects factors. Finally, the MRI sequences of T1WI、T2WI、T2*WI and SWI were scanned by using 1.5T MR imager.Results Some round hypointensity focus can be detected in the cortex and hippocampus of the AD model rat brain,which appeared a overlap with the positive results of βimmunohistochemical staining、Thioflavin S staining and iron staining.Conclusion When the high field MRI imager which can be offered for animals exclusively are in the scarce case, the brain MR imaging of rat model with clinical medical 1.5T MR imager is feasible.
