医学影像类技术与计算机技术的密切相关性，导致其在专利保护过程中遇到很多难题。本文从专利审查实践中的案例入手，对涉及计算机程序的专利申请的相关规定进行解析，结合涉及计算机程序的医学影像产品在专利技术保护中出现的特殊问题，给出笔者的一些浅见，以期为我国医学影像专利技术保护提供指引。

The close correlation between medical imaging technology and computer technology result in a lot of dififcult problems during medical imaging technological patent protection. Through examples of case in practice of patent examination, the paper analyses the relevant provisions of patent application involving computer program. The writer provides a few suggestions combined with the special problems appeared in patent protection of medical imaging product involving computer program and expects to offer a guide for chinese patent protection of medical imaging technology.
