目的：探讨坏死性筋膜炎致睾丸外露的个体化修复方法。方法入选坏死性筋膜炎致睾丸外露患者15例，应用阴囊皮瓣修复6例，两步法阴囊再造3例，阴股沟皮瓣修复4例，股前外侧皮瓣修复2例。结果15例患者均达到满意修复。随访6~30个月，外观及功能良好。结论根据坏死性筋膜炎导致阴囊及会阴周围皮肤缺损情况，应选择个体化的手术方法来修复睾丸外露。
목적：탐토배사성근막염치고환외로적개체화수복방법。방법입선배사성근막염치고환외로환자15례，응용음낭피판수복6례，량보법음낭재조3례，음고구피판수복4례，고전외측피판수복2례。결과15례환자균체도만의수복。수방6~30개월，외관급공능량호。결론근거배사성근막염도치음낭급회음주위피부결손정황，응선택개체화적수술방법래수복고환외로。
Objective To explore the individual repair method for exposed testicles caused by necrotizing fasciitis. Methods Total of 15 exposed testicles patients caused by necrotizing fasciitis were repaired by different methods. Six cases were repaired by scrotal skin flap, 3 cases were repaired by two-step scrotal reconstruction, 4 cases were repaired by pudendal thigh flap, 2 cases were repaired by anterolateral femoral flap. Results All patients were followed up for 6 ~30 months, all cases were satisfied with appearance and function. Conclusion According to the condition of scrotum and perineum skin defect, we should choose individual methods to repair exposed testicles.
