Percutaneous crossed%pin supracondylar%fracture of humerus
目的：观察经皮闭合复位交叉钢针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法自2011年～2012年共收治小儿肱骨髁上骨折16例，用闭合复位经皮穿刺交叉钢针内固定。结果16例均于术后1～2月骨折愈合，肘关节功能恢复满意。结论采用该方法治疗肱骨髁上骨折具有操作简单，临床满意的治疗效果。
目的：觀察經皮閉閤複位交扠鋼針內固定治療小兒肱骨髁上骨摺的療效。方法自2011年～2012年共收治小兒肱骨髁上骨摺16例，用閉閤複位經皮穿刺交扠鋼針內固定。結果16例均于術後1～2月骨摺愈閤，肘關節功能恢複滿意。結論採用該方法治療肱骨髁上骨摺具有操作簡單，臨床滿意的治療效果。
목적：관찰경피폐합복위교차강침내고정치료소인굉골과상골절적료효。방법자2011년～2012년공수치소인굉골과상골절16례，용폐합복위경피천자교차강침내고정。결과16례균우술후1～2월골절유합，주관절공능회복만의。결론채용해방법치료굉골과상골절구유조작간단，림상만의적치료효과。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcome of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children treated with percutaneous close -reduction and cross-fixation with K-wire. Method:From 2010 to 2012,16 cases of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children were admit ed to our hospital.Al of the cases were treated with percutaneous close-reduction and cross-fixation with K-wire.Outcome:Al of 16 cases got bone union in 1 -2 month after operation.The range of movement of elbow was satisfied.Conclusion:This method was simple and the outcome was satisfied in treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.
