目的：探讨结肠途径治疗机在肠道准备中的应用效果。方法使用结肠途径治疗机在329例患者肠镜检查前进行肠道准备，以肠道清洁程度、肠道清洁范围为主要疗效评价指标，并记录严重不良事件。结果329例患者均未发生肠穿孔、出血等严重并发症，操作过程痛苦少，依从性好，肠道清洁程度及全结肠清洁率高。结论用结肠途径治疗机行肠道准备是一种安全、高效、快捷、患者耐受性好的清肠方法，值得临床广泛使用。
목적：탐토결장도경치료궤재장도준비중적응용효과。방법사용결장도경치료궤재329례환자장경검사전진행장도준비，이장도청길정도、장도청길범위위주요료효평개지표，병기록엄중불량사건。결과329례환자균미발생장천공、출혈등엄중병발증，조작과정통고소，의종성호，장도청길정도급전결장청길솔고。결론용결장도경치료궤행장도준비시일충안전、고효、쾌첩、환자내수성호적청장방법，치득림상엄범사용。
Objective To investigate the appalication effect of colon therapy machine in bowel preparation . Methods Colon therapy machine was used for bowel preparation of 329 patients before enteroscopy .The main inde-xes for evaluation were the extent and range of intestinal tract clearing .Serious adverse events were recorded .Results All the 329 patients didn′t have the serious complications such as intestinal perforation or bleeding .There was less pain during the operation and good compliance , high degree of bowel clearing and colon clearing were achieved .Con-clusion Using colon therapy machines for bowel preparation is a safe , efficient and fast way of bowel clearing with good patient tolerance and it is worthy of widespread .
