目的：探讨手术室实施整体护理的具体做法及其临床意义。方法总结我院手术室4年多实施整体护理的经验和体会。结果实施整体护理，使手术病人术前熟悉手术室环境，了解手术过程，树立信心，减轻紧张焦虑情绪。配合积极；手术室护士术前准备充足，术中配合默契，学习热情提高；护患关系密切，护理质量提高。结论手术室整体护理能够减轻手术病人的紧张集虑情绪，显示护士的内在价值，促进护士自身素质的提高，密切医护医患关系，提高医护质量。

목적：탐토수술실실시정체호리적구체주법급기림상의의。방법총결아원수술실4년다실시정체호리적경험화체회。결과실시정체호리，사수술병인술전숙실수술실배경，료해수술과정，수립신심，감경긴장초필정서。배합적겁；수술실호사술전준비충족，술중배합묵계，학습열정제고；호환관계밀절，호리질량제고。결론수술실정체호리능구감경수술병인적긴장집필정서，현시호사적내재개치，촉진호사자신소질적제고，밀절의호의환관계，제고의호질량。
Objective To explore the practice of holistic nursing in operation room and its clinical significance.Method for more than 4 years experience of holistic nursing and experience of our hospital operation room summary.The results of the implementation of holistic nursing care,the familiar environment of operation room patients before the operation,understand the opera-tion process,establish confidence,relieve anxiety.The active cooperation of nurses in operation room;preoperative preparation,tacit cooperation in operation,learning enthusiasm increased;nurse patient relationship are close,enhance the quality of nursing.The tension set into emotional conclusion holistic nursing in operation room patients can reduce operation,display the intrinsic value of nurses,to promote nurses to improve their quality of care,close relationship between doctors and patients,improve the quality of care.
