【目的】观察针灸联合刮痧治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。【方法】使用随机平行对照方法，将56例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组28例TDP治疗仪照射颈肩部20分钟，再联合推拿，松解颈肩及上肢软组织，点按痛点、风池、肩井、天宗穴各1分钟，后在颈部、腋窝及上肢拨筋理筋，拔伸颈部3次，20分钟/次，1次/天，10天为1疗程，间隔2天进入下个疗程。治疗组28例针灸，俯卧位，选择双侧风池、颈百劳、大椎、天宗及痛侧肩贞、曲池、天井穴作为针刺点，得气后用留针30分钟，取针后，在颈肩部涂抹刮痧油，用刮痧板沿颈部往肩部单方向刮拭，以皮下出现微紫红或紫黑色瘀点、瘀斑即可。针灸每日1次，刮痧隔5天1次，10天为1疗程，间隔2天进入下个疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3个疗程，判定疗效。【结果】治疗组治愈10例，好转17例，无效1例，总有效率96．43％。对照组治愈7例，好转16例，无效5例，总有效率82．14％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0．01）。【结论】针灸联合刮痧治疗神经根型颈椎病效果显著，值得推广。
【目的】觀察針灸聯閤颳痧治療神經根型頸椎病療效。【方法】使用隨機平行對照方法，將56例門診患者按就診順序編號法隨機分為兩組。對照組28例TDP治療儀照射頸肩部20分鐘，再聯閤推拿，鬆解頸肩及上肢軟組織，點按痛點、風池、肩井、天宗穴各1分鐘，後在頸部、腋窩及上肢撥觔理觔，拔伸頸部3次，20分鐘/次，1次/天，10天為1療程，間隔2天進入下箇療程。治療組28例針灸，俯臥位，選擇雙側風池、頸百勞、大椎、天宗及痛側肩貞、麯池、天井穴作為針刺點，得氣後用留針30分鐘，取針後，在頸肩部塗抹颳痧油，用颳痧闆沿頸部往肩部單方嚮颳拭，以皮下齣現微紫紅或紫黑色瘀點、瘀斑即可。針灸每日1次，颳痧隔5天1次，10天為1療程，間隔2天進入下箇療程。觀測臨床癥狀、不良反應。連續治療3箇療程，判定療效。【結果】治療組治愈10例，好轉17例，無效1例，總有效率96．43％。對照組治愈7例，好轉16例，無效5例，總有效率82．14％。治療組療效優于對照組（P＜0．01）。【結論】針灸聯閤颳痧治療神經根型頸椎病效果顯著，值得推廣。
【목적】관찰침구연합괄사치료신경근형경추병료효。【방법】사용수궤평행대조방법，장56례문진환자안취진순서편호법수궤분위량조。대조조28례TDP치료의조사경견부20분종，재연합추나，송해경견급상지연조직，점안통점、풍지、견정、천종혈각1분종，후재경부、액와급상지발근리근，발신경부3차，20분종/차，1차/천，10천위1료정，간격2천진입하개료정。치료조28례침구，부와위，선택쌍측풍지、경백로、대추、천종급통측견정、곡지、천정혈작위침자점，득기후용류침30분종，취침후，재경견부도말괄사유，용괄사판연경부왕견부단방향괄식，이피하출현미자홍혹자흑색어점、어반즉가。침구매일1차，괄사격5천1차，10천위1료정，간격2천진입하개료정。관측림상증상、불량반응。련속치료3개료정，판정료효。【결과】치료조치유10례，호전17례，무효1례，총유효솔96．43％。대조조치유7례，호전16례，무효5례，총유효솔82．14％。치료조료효우우대조조（P＜0．01）。【결론】침구연합괄사치료신경근형경추병효과현저，치득추엄。
Objective Observation on combination of acupuncture and guasha treatment ef ect of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type.Methods Using random paral el control method, 56 cases of clinic patients according to the order number method and were randomly divided into two groups.28 cases in control group ,TDP irradiation therapy apparatus neck shoulder for 20 minutes ,with massage,release the neck and shoulder and upper extremity soft tissue,click on the pain spot,the wind pool,shoulder wel ,days of acupuncture point each 1 minute ,In the neck,armpits,and upper limbs muscle after reinforcement ,pul out the neck 3 times ,20 minutes per time,1 time/day,10 days for 1 course of treatment ,interval of two days into the next course.28 cases in treatment group using acupuncture ,prone position,bilateral Fengchi,J,Dazhui,Tian Zong and painful side Jianzhen,Quchi,raise points as acupuncture point,gas with retaining needle after 30 minutes ,after take a needle,in the neck and shoulders onto scrapping oil,with scrapping plate along the neck shoulder single direction mop,appears in subcutaneous slightly purple or violet black petechiae,ecchymoses.Acupuncture once-daily,scrapping every five days,10 days for 1 course of treatment ,interval of two days into the next course.Observa-tion of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative ef ect.Results The treatment group,10 cases were cured,improvement in 17 cases, 1 had no ef ect,the total ef ective rate was 96.43%.And 16 cases of control group cured 7 cases,improved in 5 cases,the total ef ective rate was 82.14%.The treatment group curative ef ect is bet er than that of control group (P <0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture combined scrapping therapy on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type efect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
