手术室护理缺陷是手术室护士在工作中因责任心不强，工作粗疏，不认真执行规章制度。知识缺乏，业务不熟练等存在的缺点和发生的损失失误。其后果：①影响手术时医生的操作；②延误手术和延长手术时间；③浪费手术物品；④给患者带来不同程度的痛苦。为了减少护理缺陷的发生。保证手术安全顺利进行，现将我院手术室护理工作中易发生的护理缺陷原因分析及相应的措施概括如下。和同行姐妹们共同交流。
