目的：探讨等离子舌体减容在常规一期手术后打鼾症状缓解差、AHI指数减小不明显的由单纯舌体肥大引起的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）患者的临床疗效。方法筛选符合本次研究的对象36例，手术前后3-6月采集患者睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数、血氧饱和度、Epworth嗜睡量表（ESS评分），评定临床疗效。结果以AHI和舌体大小CT测量数据为指标对36例患者术后病情评判，同时参考血氧饱和度、ESS评分，发现术后28例患者治愈，5例患者显效，2例患者有效。结论舌体肥大是阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的重要原因，等离子舌体减容是治疗常规一期手术后疗效差OSAHS患者的有效术式。
목적：탐토등리자설체감용재상규일기수술후타한증상완해차、AHI지수감소불명현적유단순설체비대인기적조새성수면호흡잠정저통기종합정（OSAHS）환자적림상료효。방법사선부합본차연구적대상36례，수술전후3-6월채집환자수면호흡잠정저통기지수、혈양포화도、Epworth기수량표（ESS평분），평정림상료효。결과이AHI화설체대소CT측량수거위지표대36례환자술후병정평판，동시삼고혈양포화도、ESS평분，발현술후28례환자치유，5례환자현효，2례환자유효。결론설체비대시조새성수면호흡잠정저통기종합정적중요원인，등리자설체감용시치료상규일기수술후료효차OSAHS환자적유효술식。
Object To investigate the plasma tongue reduction in conventional one stage operation,but snoring symptoms worse after operation and the AHI index decreased not obviously caused by herpes tongue tonsil hypertrophy obstructive sleep apnea patients with apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods Screening with the object of this study in 36 patients before and after opera-tion,3-6 acquisition in patients with sleep apnea hypopnea index,oxygen saturation,Epworth sleepiness scale score ,assessment of clinical ef icacy.Results With AHI and the magnitude of the tongue of CT measurement data of 36 cases of patients with reference to evaluation,oxygen saturation,ESS score,was found after 28 patients were cured,5 cases markedly ef ective,2 cases ef ective.Conclusion Hypertrophy of tongue is an important cause of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,plasma tongue reduction is the treatment of conventional one stage operation after curative ef ective surgical patients.
