In this paper, starting from the basic concept of emergency logistics, we explored the issues in the development of the the emergency logistics industry in China, and then proposed to establish the natural disaster emergency logistics collaboration mechanism of China which included the quick response mechanism, government support mechanism and control and feedback mechanism.
