回顾我国快递业的发展历程，概括了民营快递企业发展现状，对民营快递企业公共安全管理隐患与风险进行了剖析，提出了在完善国家监管、行业自律与社会监督综合体系基础上，强化民营快递企业公共安全管理能力的有效措施。

In this paper, we reviewed the course of the development of the express delivery industry in China, summarized the current status of the Chinese private express delivery enterprises, analyzed the potential hazards posted by the private express delivery enterprises to public safety, and at the end, proposed some effective measures to reinforce the public safety management capacity of the private express delivery enterprises in China.
