合成了Dawson型磷钼钒杂多酸盐,通过苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛反应,研究了催化剂用量、种类对反应过程的影响,并讨论了催化剂的重复使用性能。结果表明,UH6 P2 Mo15 V3 O62/Pa催化剂对苯甲醛和乙二醇缩醛反应具有较好的催化活性;随着催化剂用量的增加,苯甲醛的转化率逐渐增大,催化剂用量增加到0.2 g时,转化率达到93.3%;之后,苯甲醛的转化率随催化剂用量增加变化很小,0.2 g为催化剂适宜用量;催化剂具有良好的重复使用性能。

Dawson P-Mo-V cobalt heteropolyacid salts were synthesized by acetal reaction of benzaldehyde ethylene glycol. The influence of catalyst dosage and species on the reaction process was investigated,and the performance of the catalyst used in repeated experiments are discussed. The results shows that UH6 P2 Mo15 V3 O62/PaAPTES has better catalytic activity compared with UH6 P2 Mo15 V3 O62/P in the process of acetal reaction for benzaldehyde ethylene glycol. Conversion rate of benzaldehyde increases with catalyst dosage increasing. And the conversion rate reaches up to 93. 3% when the catalyst dosage is 0. 2 g. And conversion rate of benzaldehyde is no longer increasing with the catalyst dosage increasing. The optimal dosage of catalyst is 0. 2 g and it has good performance on repeatability.
