采用分光光度计法分别测定了尿素中铁和缩二脲的吸收,结果铁含量和缩二脲含量均达到国家标准。同时用蒸馏后滴定法和甲醛法测定尿素中氮的含量。结果表明,蒸馏后滴定法虽然操作较繁琐,但得到的结果准确度高、精密度好;甲醛法测定原理简单,操作简便快速,适合精确度不高的常规测定。

The visible spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of iron and biuret,the content of iron and biuret were in line with national standards. The determination of the nitrogen content was car-ried out by titration after distillation and the formaldehyde method. The results showed that the result of ti-tration after distillation method was accurate with more complicated operation and the determination of formaldehyde is simple and rapid which was suitable for the routine determination with low requirements.
