用过氧甲酸作氧化剂,在石油醚体系中氧化高活性聚异丁烯制得了环氧聚异丁烯。考察了各种影响因素。结果表明,最优工艺条件为:聚异丁烯与过氧甲酸质量比为1:3,石油醚的用量为聚异丁烯质量的0.5倍,滴加反应温度为35℃,保温反应温度为55℃,反应时间为4 h。经精馏处理后,产品环氧值达到1.08。
用過氧甲痠作氧化劑,在石油醚體繫中氧化高活性聚異丁烯製得瞭環氧聚異丁烯。攷察瞭各種影響因素。結果錶明,最優工藝條件為:聚異丁烯與過氧甲痠質量比為1:3,石油醚的用量為聚異丁烯質量的0.5倍,滴加反應溫度為35℃,保溫反應溫度為55℃,反應時間為4 h。經精餾處理後,產品環氧值達到1.08。

Epoxidation of poly-isobutylene was synthesized with petroleum ether as the solvent using per-oxy formic acid oxidant and poly isobutylene as the reactive. All factors affecting the yield of the products were investigated. The result showed that the optimum technological conditions were determined with the mass ratio of poly-isobutylene to peroxy acid oxidant specified at 1:1 . 3 . The 0 . 5 times amount of petrole-um ether was used for poly-isobutylene and the dropping process temperature was holded at 35 ℃. After dropping,the reaction was proceeded 4 h at 55 ℃. The oxidation value was reached 1. 08 after distil-lation.
