以活性炭为脱色剂、碳酸钠为脱氟剂,对净化湿法磷酸工艺中的影响因素进行研究,确定了湿法磷酸脱色脱氟同步进行的最佳工艺条件:采用1.0%湿法磷酸用量的活性炭,并添加1.1倍理论脱氟用量的Na2 CO3,在50℃下反应120 min,处理后的湿法磷酸透光率达到80%以上,脱氟率也高于70%。
以活性炭為脫色劑、碳痠鈉為脫氟劑,對淨化濕法燐痠工藝中的影響因素進行研究,確定瞭濕法燐痠脫色脫氟同步進行的最佳工藝條件:採用1.0%濕法燐痠用量的活性炭,併添加1.1倍理論脫氟用量的Na2 CO3,在50℃下反應120 min,處理後的濕法燐痠透光率達到80%以上,脫氟率也高于70%。

The influencing factors of purified wet-process phosphoric acid with activated carbon and Na2 CO3 as decoloring agent and defluorinating agent were studied. The best technological conditions were as follows:dosage of activated carbon was 1. 0% of wet-process phosphoric acid,dosage of Na2 CO3 was 1. 1 times theoretical amount,reaction temperature was 50 ℃ and time was 120 min. Under these condi-tions,light transmittance reached above 80% and the defluorination rate reached above 70%.
