以十二胺、环氧氯丙烷、溴乙烷为原料合成了十二胺聚胺和不同季铵化度的十二胺聚胺,分别测定了产品的叔胺氮和季铵氮含量,研究了所合成聚胺及不同季铵化度聚胺对0#商品柴油电导率的改善效果以及与癸烯聚砜的复配效果。结果表明,聚胺单独使用时,季铵化度高的聚胺对柴油电导率改进效果稍好于未季铵化的聚胺。季铵化度高的聚胺与癸烯聚砜复配时,加剂量均为1 mg/L,柴油初始电导率从2~3 pS/m增加到545~565 pS/m,但储存后柴油电导率没有明显上升。未季铵化的聚胺与聚砜复配时,柴油初始电导率从2~3 pS/m 增加到495 pS/m,储存3 d,柴油电导率增加至660 pS/m,1周内无明显下降。

Laurylamine polyamines and different degree of quaternization of laurylamine polyamines were synthesized with laurylamine,epichlorohydrin and bromoethane. The tertiary amine nitrogen content and ammonium nitrogen content of the products were determined respectively. Then,polyamine and different degree of quaternization of polyamines were added to commercial 0 # diesel fuel to evaluate its antistatic properties. At the same time,the synergistic effect of polyamine and different degree of quaternization of polyamines combined with poly(1-decene sulfone)were studied. The results showed that polyamines with high degree of quaternization were better than no quaternized polyamine on diesel conductivity improve-ment when its used alone. When the dosage of polyamines with high degree of quaternization and the poly (1-decene sulfone)were both 1 mg/L,the conductivity of the 0# diesel fuel can increased from 2 ~3 pS/m to 545~565 pS/m,but the conductivity of diesel fuel did not increase significantly after storage. When no quaternized polyamine combined with poly( 1-decene sulfone ),the initial conductivity of the diesel fuel increased from 2~3 pS/m to 495 pS/m,after 3 d of storage,the conductivity of diesel fuel in-creased to 660 pS/m,and without significant decline within a week.
