近年来食品安全越来越受重视,其中水产品药物残留问题已成为广泛关注的敏感问题。现场快速检测技术具有高效、快速、简便等特点,越来越受到水产品质量安全监管部门的青睐。通过概述化学比色法、酶联免疫法和胶体金免疫层析法等常见现场快速检测方法及其在水产品药物残留检测方面的应用情况,从技术研发和推广应用两个层面分析现场快速检测在水产品药物残留监管应用中存在的问题,提出建立快速检测产品推广应用机制,加强快速检测产品使用者实际操作能力的培训以及加强快速检测产品配套硬件条件建设等切实可行的发展建议,为从事水产品质量安全监管及快速检测技术研究工作的人员提供参考。

Drug residues in aquatic products have been a major problem relating to people’s lives and safety. On-site fast detection was favored by regulatory authority due to its effective, rapid, and convenient properties. In this paper, a common on-site rapid detection method of chemical assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colloidal gold immunochromatographic method and its application in the detection of drug residues in aquatic products were summarized, the problems in R&D and regulatory applications were analyzed, and the technical support and future prospects in the security applications were also stated. The author proposed to establish the mechanisms for on-site rapid products promotion applications, to enhance the training capacity of the user actual operation and to strengthen the conditions for rapid detection of hardware products supporting the construction of feasible development proposals. We hope that the results would help the persons who engaged in seafood safety supervision and detection technology.
