针对电网设备资产管理可靠性、经济性、环保性方面的要求，提出了基于闭环供应链的集约化管理体系，阐述了管理体系的目标、主体、任务和支撑技术，构建了基于闭环供应链的电网设备资产管理流程，从信息的集成、LCC决策机制、采购机制、设备状态评估机制、退役处理机制等方面提出了电网设备资产集约化管理的策略。
針對電網設備資產管理可靠性、經濟性、環保性方麵的要求，提齣瞭基于閉環供應鏈的集約化管理體繫，闡述瞭管理體繫的目標、主體、任務和支撐技術，構建瞭基于閉環供應鏈的電網設備資產管理流程，從信息的集成、LCC決策機製、採購機製、設備狀態評估機製、退役處理機製等方麵提齣瞭電網設備資產集約化管理的策略。
침대전망설비자산관리가고성、경제성、배보성방면적요구，제출료기우폐배공응련적집약화관리체계，천술료관리체계적목표、주체、임무화지탱기술，구건료기우폐배공응련적전망설비자산관리류정，종신식적집성、LCC결책궤제、채구궤제、설비상태평고궤제、퇴역처리궤제등방면제출료전망설비자산집약화관리적책략。
In this paper, in view of the requirement of the management of power grid equipment assets in term of reliability, economy and environmental friendliness, we proposed the integrated management system of the assets based on closed-loop supply chain, established the management process of the power grid equipment assets, and at the end, from several aspects, proposed the integrated management strategy for them.
