根据中医电子病历及中医肺病学特点,在中医理论指导下,利用计算机语言 Power-Builder开发Access数据库,建立中医肺病门诊病历采集软件系统。在设计过程中,查阅中医信息化及中医教材等相关文献,并使中医学与计算机数据库现代化技术的结合,设计和构建中医肺系疾病门诊电子病历,并使之应用于门诊诊疗工作中。该软件突出中医特色及肺系疾病的证候、病机及方剂特点,在明确肺系的概念及归纳其病因病机及病理特点基础上,概括最有意义的判断肺系病位的特征性症状,对肺系疾病的证素进行结构化提取。从而为进一步总结研究肺系疾病发病特点做有效工具支撑。在程序设计上提高该软件系统的实时性,人性化设计,与传统工作模式相比,该系统在收集,存储,及统计分析数据上有明显的优势。鉴于临床工作的复杂性,需在使用过程中进一步提高完善。

According to the characters of TCM electronic medical record and TCM lung disease,un-der the guide of TCM theory,Access database was developed using PowerBuilder to set up the software system for clinical medical record collection of TCM lung disease.In this design,the relevant literatures of TCM in-formatization and TCM teaching material were looked up to integrate TCM with database modernization tech-nology.The electronic medical record of TCM lung disease was constructed for clinical diagnosis and treat-ment.This software focused on the TCM features,symptoms,pathogenesis and formulas of lung disease,deter-mined the definition of lung system,etiology,pathogenesis and pathology and summarized the typical symp-toms for the diagnosis of lung disorder and localization to formulate and extract the syndrome factors of lung disease and provide the effective tools for the further study on the etiology of lung disease.The program im-proved the real-time performance and humanization design.Compared with the traditional work mode,this system was more advantageous at the data collection,storage and statistical analysis.Regarding the complexity of clinical work,the further improvement is required.
