非酒精性脂肪肝发病率逐年增高而成为全球性公共卫生问题，中医可从多维度对本病进行有效辨治，包括从病因、病机、病性、症状、病类、体质、证候及其多层次综合的角度立法遣方论治。文章主要探讨非酒精性脂肪肝辨因论治、辨机论治、辨性论治、辨病论治、辨症论治、辨体论治、辨证论治及各维度的结合，以拓宽非酒精性脂肪肝的辨治体系，力求在临床化繁为简，根据患者病情发展变化，动态辨治，直达病所，发挥以中医思维主导的疗效优势。

The incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)is increasing yearly and be-comes the global public health problem.This disease can be treated effectively with multidimensional therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,in which,etiology,pathogenesis,nature of disease,symptom,category of dis-ease,body constitution and symptoms are considered.In the paper,the integration of differentiations of etiolo-gy,pathogenesis,nature of disease,symptom,category of disease,body constitution and symptoms,as well as every dimension was discussed so as to widen the system of differentiation and treatment of NAFLD and try to clarify and simplify the clinical application.The disease is treated dynamically in terms of the procedure and with the efficacy advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
