目的：探讨高血压患者中医体质分布及与相关体检指标的关系。方法采用中医体质调查表对442例体检中发现高血压的患者进行中医体质判断，及其与心电图和肾功能关系的分析。结果湿热质（25．8％），痰湿质（22．6％），气虚质（16．7％），平和质（15．6％），阳虚质（5．2％），阴虚质（5．0％），阳盛质（2．5％），气郁质（2．5％），瘀血质（2．3％），血虚质（1．6％），肾虚质（0．0％）。其中偏质占84．4％。高血压组患者心电轴异常、心电传导阻滞、电压异常的人数比例高于低血压组和正常组患者（P＜0．05），而低血压组和正常组患者的心律失常所占比例高于高血压组患者（P＜0．05）。高血压平和质患者中心肌缺血和心电传导异常比例非常高。而痰湿质和湿热质肾功能异常所占人数比例偏高。结论高血压患者中医体质以偏质为主。高血压可能对心电图产生一定的影响。
목적：탐토고혈압환자중의체질분포급여상관체검지표적관계。방법채용중의체질조사표대442례체검중발현고혈압적환자진행중의체질판단，급기여심전도화신공능관계적분석。결과습열질（25．8％），담습질（22．6％），기허질（16．7％），평화질（15．6％），양허질（5．2％），음허질（5．0％），양성질（2．5％），기욱질（2．5％），어혈질（2．3％），혈허질（1．6％），신허질（0．0％）。기중편질점84．4％。고혈압조환자심전축이상、심전전도조체、전압이상적인수비례고우저혈압조화정상조환자（P＜0．05），이저혈압조화정상조환자적심률실상소점비례고우고혈압조환자（P＜0．05）。고혈압평화질환자중심기결혈화심전전도이상비례비상고。이담습질화습열질신공능이상소점인수비례편고。결론고혈압환자중의체질이편질위주。고혈압가능대심전도산생일정적영향。
Objective To explore the relationship between TCM constitution distribution and rele-vant physical examination indices in the patients of hypertension.Methods TCM constitution investigation form was used to judge TCM constitution of 442 patients of hypertension discovered in physical examination and analyze the relationship between ECG and renal function.Results It was found that damp heat constitu-tion accounted for 25.8%,phlegm damp constitution for 22.6%,qi deficiency constitution for 1 6.7%,neu-tral constitution for 1 5 .6%,yang deficiency constitution for 5 .2%,yin deficiency constitution for 5 .0%,yang excess constitution for 2.5%,qi stagnation constitution for 2.5%,blood stagnation constitution for 2.3%, blood deficiency constitution for 1 .6%and kidney deficiency constitution for 0.0%.Of them,the percentage of abnormal constitution was 84.4%.The percentage of abnormal cardiac electric axis,ECG conduction block and voltage abnormality in hypertension group was higher than that in hypotension group and normal group(P<0.05).The percentage of arrhythmia in hypotension group and normal group was higher than that in hyper-tension group(P<0.05).The percentage of myocardial ischemia and ECG conduction abnormality in hyper-tension patients of neutral constitution was very high.The percentage of renal dysfunction among the patients of phlegm damp constitution and damp heat constitution was quite high.Conclusion The abnormal constitu-tion is predominant in the patients of hypertension.Hypertension possibly impacts ECG to certain extent.
