目的：探讨胆闭通络方对幼鼠阻塞性黄疸FPA及D-二聚体（D-D）影响。方法将SD大鼠幼鼠分为3组，第1组为正常对照组，予生理盐水灌胃，第2组为模型组，采用2％α-萘异硫氰酸酯（ANIT）及生理盐水灌胃，第3组为治疗组，在造模同时予胆闭通络方灌胃，每日1次，连续7 d。以分光光度仪检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酶氨基转移酶（AST）、碱性磷酸酶（AKP）、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（γ-GT）、血清总胆红素（TB）含量；双抗体夹心法测定大鼠血清血纤肽/纤维蛋白肽A（FPA）及D-D水平。结果与模型组比较，治疗组血清TB、ALT、AST、AKP、r-GT降低（P＜0．05）；与对照组比较，模型组及治疗组血清FPA及D-D显著增高（P＜0．05）；与模型组比较，治疗组血清FPA及D-D降低（P＜0．05）。结论胆闭通络方能抑制FPA及D-D产生，减少肝内微血栓的形成，缓解肝脏瘀血。
목적：탐토담폐통락방대유서조새성황달FPA급D-이취체（D-D）영향。방법장SD대서유서분위3조，제1조위정상대조조，여생리염수관위，제2조위모형조，채용2％α-내이류청산지（ANIT）급생리염수관위，제3조위치료조，재조모동시여담폐통락방관위，매일1차，련속7 d。이분광광도의검측혈청병안산안기전이매（ALT）、천문동안매안기전이매（AST）、감성린산매（AKP）、γ-곡안선전태매（γ-GT）、혈청총담홍소（TB）함량；쌍항체협심법측정대서혈청혈섬태/섬유단백태A（FPA）급D-D수평。결과여모형조비교，치료조혈청TB、ALT、AST、AKP、r-GT강저（P＜0．05）；여대조조비교，모형조급치료조혈청FPA급D-D현저증고（P＜0．05）；여모형조비교，치료조혈청FPA급D-D강저（P＜0．05）。결론담폐통락방능억제FPA급D-D산생，감소간내미혈전적형성，완해간장어혈。
Objective To explore the impacts of Danbi Tongluo Formula on FPA and D-dimer(D-D)in the immature rats of obstructive jaundice.Methods SD immature rats were divided into three groups.No.1 group was a normal group,in which,the gastric infusion of physiological saline was used.No.2 group was a model group,in which,2% ANIT and gastric infusion of physiological saline were used.No.3 group was a treatment group,in which at the same time of modeling,the gastric infusion of Danbi Tongluo Formula was used,once a day,continuously for 7 days.Spectrophotometric instrument was applied to deter-mine ALT,AST,AKP,γ-GT and TB levels in serum.Double antibody sandwich method was used to deter-mine FPA and D-D levels.Results Compared with the model group,the levels of TB,ALT,AST,AKP andγ-GT were reduced in the treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the serum FPA and D-D levels were reduced in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danbi Tongluo Formula in-hibits FPA and D-D,reduces microthrombosis in the liver and relieves liver congestion.
