为提高低黏度指数光亮基础油在齿轮油中的用量,使用3种不同种类的黏度指数改进剂改善光亮基础油的黏度指数,同时考察了黏度指数改进剂对基础油抗氧化、抗乳化、抗泡和摩擦性能的影响。试验结果表明:乙烯-α-烯烃低聚物具有良好的提高基础油黏度指数的能力和良好的剪切安定性,且对基础油的抗氧化性能影响较小;乙丙共聚物剪切安定性最差;聚甲基丙烯酸酯明显提高了基础油的极压抗磨性能,但明显降低了基础油的抗氧化性能。

In order to increase the amount of low-viscosity index bright stock used in the gear oil,the viscosity index of bright stock was improved using three different kinds of viscosity index improver,and the effect of viscosity index improver on anti-oxidation,anti-emulsification,anti-foaming and tribological performance of the base oil was evaluated. The results show that Ethylene alpha olefin oligomer has excellent ability of improving viscosity index,shear stability as well as little influence to anti-oxidation capability of base oil. Ethylene-propylene copolymer has most poor shear stability. Polymethac-rylate obviously decreases anti-oxidation as well as improves extreme pressure and antiwear performance of base oil.
