在工程设计计算中,流量分配问题非常复杂,一般需进行大量计算,管路结构尺寸被周围空间限制的系统计算更繁琐。以核电站行星减速器内部流量分配问题为例,提出采用反求法来计算流量分配,即根据约束条件划分求解的顺序,按计算顺序依次进行计算,求得管路直径,最终完成流量的分配问题。这种方法可以有效地解决空间尺寸受约束的管路系统的流量分配问题,同样适用于一般的管路系统。

In engineering design and calculation,flow distribution is complex and often needs a large amount of calcula-tion,and the calculation of the system that the pipeline structure size is limited by surrounding space is more complex. With nuclear power station's planetary reducer internal flow distribution as an example,the inverse method was used to calculate the flow distribution. The calculation method is to partition the solution steps according to the constraint condi-tion,calculate step by step to get pipeline diameter,and finally achieve the flow distribution of pipeline system. This method is able to effectively solve the flow distribution of pipeline system whose space size is limited,and can also be ap-plied for the flow distribution calculation of common pipeline system.
