为了研究不同结构参数对U形金属密封环密封性能的影响规律,利用ABAQUS软件建立某U形金属密封环的二维轴对称模型,在常温预紧工况和低温工作工况下计算分析U形密封环厚度、截面宽度、腿部厚度以及圆弧半径等结构参数对密封环最大Von Mises应力、接触压力大小及其分布以及接触宽度的影响。结果表明,将U形环厚度增大为3.8 mm、腿部厚度减小为0.1 mm时,U形环密封性能提高;取截面宽度在6.4~6.8 mm之间、圆弧半径在0.7~0.9 mm之间,均能获得较好的密封性。根据计算结果,针对加载后U形密封环腿部出现翘曲的现象,提出了减小U形环腿部右端高度的改进方法。

To study the influence of structure parameters on the sealing performance of U-shaped metal sealing ring, ABAQUS was used to establish the two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model of the metal sealing U-ring. Influ-ence on the max Von Mises stress,the size and distribution of the contact pressure and the contact width under normal temperature and in working condition resulted from changes of structure parameters such as the thickness,section width, leg thickness and arc radius,were analyzed. The results show that the sealing performance is improved by increasing the thickness of original U-shaped sealing ring to 3.8 mm or reducing the leg thickness to 0.1 mm,and good sealing perform-ance are achieved when keeping values of the section width between 6.4 mm and 6.8 mm and the arc radius between 0.7 mm and 0.9 mm. In the light of warping problem of the legs of the U-shaped sealing ring after loading,an improvement method that reduces the right leg height of the U-shaped sealing ring is proposed according to the calculation results.
