以机床滑动导轨副典型工况下的载荷和速度为变量因素,采用正交实验设计方法,进行销盘磨损实验,研究滑动导轨副在干摩擦条件下的磨损规律。参照经典的Archard磨损公式对实验数据进行回归并修正,得出相应的磨损率的回归公式。将该回归公式和Archard公式计算结果与实验数据进行对比,得出该回归公式能更好地预测导轨副的磨损率。
以機床滑動導軌副典型工況下的載荷和速度為變量因素,採用正交實驗設計方法,進行銷盤磨損實驗,研究滑動導軌副在榦摩抆條件下的磨損規律。參照經典的Archard磨損公式對實驗數據進行迴歸併脩正,得齣相應的磨損率的迴歸公式。將該迴歸公式和Archard公式計算結果與實驗數據進行對比,得齣該迴歸公式能更好地預測導軌副的磨損率。

With the typical loading and velocity under the working condition as the experimental variables,the wear be-havior of machine tool slide guides under dry friction was studied through pin-on-disc wear tests with orthogonal experimen-tal design. According to the form of the Archard wear model,the experimental results were treated with multiple regression analysis and a fine regression expression of wear rate was obtained. By comparing with the calculation results of the regres-sion expression and the Archard wear model with the experimental data,it is concluded that the regression expression is better to predict the wear rate of slide guides.
