介绍了一种用于微层共挤出技术的新型层叠模具及其层叠原理,通过引入控制曲线和调整层叠模具结构参数对层叠模具流道和层叠模具进行优化,同时利用CFD软件对比分析了优化前后聚合物熔体在层叠模具流道中的压力损失情况。结果表明,优化后的层叠模具与优化前层叠模具相比,熔体压力损失明显降低;块槽与层叠模具芯部的模块化组装方式有效地解决了聚合物熔体在层叠模具中流动过程的漏料问题。

A novel laminated mold and its laminating principle used for microlayer extrusion technology were introduced .The lam-inated mold runner and laminated mold were optimized by using control curve and adjusting structure parameter of laminated mold,and the melt pressure loss before and after optimization in laminated mold runner were analyzed by using CFD software .The results show that ,compared with the model before optimization ,the pressure loss of melt in the laminated runner after the optimi-zation decreases obviously ,and the melt leakage problem in laminated mold was solved effectively by using slot and laminated mould core of modular assembly method .
