目的：观察术前短期戒烟对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后舒芬太尼静脉镇痛用量的影响。方法80例行择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术男性患者，按戒烟时间分为多于2周（SA 组）、多于1周少于2周（SB 组）、少于1周（SC 组）及无吸烟史（N 组）四组，每组20例，术后行舒芬太尼患者自控静脉镇痛。记录舒芬太尼术后第1、2天的用量。结果SC 组术后第1天舒芬太尼用量高于 SA 组和 N 组，SB 组高于 N 组（P ＜0．05）；四组术后第2天舒芬太尼用量差异无显著意义（P ＞0．05）。结论术前短期戒烟可减少术后第1天舒芬太尼静脉镇痛用量，且戒烟时间越长，用量越少。
목적：관찰술전단기계연대복강경담낭절제술후서분태니정맥진통용량적영향。방법80례행택기복강경담낭절제술수술남성환자，안계연시간분위다우2주（SA 조）、다우1주소우2주（SB 조）、소우1주（SC 조）급무흡연사（N 조）사조，매조20례，술후행서분태니환자자공정맥진통。기록서분태니술후제1、2천적용량。결과SC 조술후제1천서분태니용량고우 SA 조화 N 조，SB 조고우 N 조（P ＜0．05）；사조술후제2천서분태니용량차이무현저의의（P ＞0．05）。결론술전단기계연가감소술후제1천서분태니정맥진통용량，차계연시간월장，용량월소。
Objective To investigate the effects of preoperative short-term smoking cessation on postoperative analgesia and sufentanil consumption after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Accord-ing to the time of smoking cessation,80 adult male patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into four groups(n =20 for each group):the SA group(more than 2 weeks),the SB group (less than 2 weeks but more than 1 week),the SC group(less than 1 week)and the N group(no smoking history).Patients received patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with sufentanil injection.The consump-tion of sufentanil was recorded on the 1st and 2nd day after operation.Results On the 1st day after opera-tion,sufentanil consumption in the SC group was higher than that in the SA group and N group,and the consumption in the SB group was higher than that in the N group(P <0.05).There were no significant differences in sufentanil consumption on the 2nd day after operation(P >0.05).Conclusion Consump-tion of postoperative sufentanil analgesia can be reduced by preoperative short-term smoking cessation.The earlier patients quit smoking,the less the consumption costs.
