目的：探讨全腔镜甲状腺手术的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年2月至2013年5月112例全腔镜甲状腺手术及115例开放甲状腺手术患者的临床资料。结果112例全腔镜甲状腺手术中3例因术后病检切片报告为恶性行二次开放手术，其余109例顺利完成手术，手术时间（105．6±43．3）min，115例开放手术时间（81．3±35．5）min，两者差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；术后引流量、手术并发症两者差异无统计学意义；术后外观满意度、术后平均住院时间两者差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论有开放甲状腺手术经验的外科医师容易掌握全腔镜甲状腺手术，其中有一个学习曲线过程；全腔镜甲状腺手术具有较好的美容效果，对于一定人群有较大的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of total endoscopic thyroidec-tomy.Methods The clinical data of 112 cases of total endoscopic thyroidectomy(TET)and 115 cases of open thyroidectomy(OT)from February 2012 to May 2013 were retrospectively reviewed.Result In 112 cases of TET,3 cases received open thyroidectomy for malignant pathological results and the other 109 ca-ses of TET were successfully accomplished.The mean operative time was(105.6 ±43.3)min in the TET group and(81.3 ±35.5)min in the OT group.There was significant difference between the groups(P <0. 05).There were no significances in postoperative drainage volume and surgical complications between the groups.There were significant differences in satisfactory degree of cosmetic appearance and mean post-op-eration stay(P <0.05).Conclusion It is easy for an experienced surgeon to grasp the skill of TET and there is a learning curve.As TET has a good cosmetic result,there will be a valuable application for cer-tain people.
