古镇旅游日渐时尚，对古镇按照园林生态模式进行格局规划是发展古镇旅游，保护古镇的重要手段。提出采用提取古镇遥感信息的灰阶量化特征，从园林生态模式角度对古镇景观格局进行空间布局设计，并实现与地理信息系统的有机融合。实验和分析结果表明，采用该方案提取古镇遥感特征信息，提取精度较高，能有效指导故障格局规划，基于园林生态的故障格局规划方案为评价管理和发展古镇旅游，保护古镇风貌具有很好的指导意义。
