工业生产中储罐中的液位非接触式隔离检测是实现精确工业控制的关键。传统的罐体液位检测方法采主要采用红外和声脉冲等探测算法,信号处理精度不高,抗干扰能力差,无法有效实现隔离远程非接触式检测。提出一种基于分离主频发射技术的罐体隐形液位非接触式隔离检测方法,并进行电路设计。设计液位检测超声信号发射机和接收机电路,基于ADP3339来变换DC-DC输出,去除检测仪电路中耦合噪声。实验表明,采用该设计进行冶金高炉钢水液位非接触式隔离检测,共模抑制比高达93dB,有效消除零点漂移现象,提高了液位检测精度。

The liquid level of storage tank in industrial production of non-contact detection is the key to realize the accurate isolation of industrial control. Traditional liquid level detection method mainly adopts infrared and acoustic pulse detection algorithm. A non detection method of contact isolation tank stealth level separation technique is proposed based on the fre-quency of emission, and circuit design is obtained. Analysis of sensor configuration and modeling are taken. The noise cou-pling of circuit tester is removed. Experiments show that, the design method is used in blast furnace molten steel liquid lev-el detection, the common mode rejection ratio reach 93 dB, it can effectively eliminate the zero drift phenomenon, improve the level of detection accuracy.
