城市雨水利用控制受到城市规划模型和雨水径流变化影响较大，难以形成一种合理有效的城市雨水控制模型。提出一种基于迭代容积平方根粒子滤波的城市雨水利用控制模型，采用了平方根滤波的思想，使雨水折减重要性密度函数更接近蓄水能量后验概率密度，有效反映雨水利用量和规划径流系数。通过迭代统计平方根粒子滤波，确保雨水宏观规划状态协方差矩阵的正定性，实现城市雨水利用控制模型的构建。仿真实验表明，采用该模型进行城市雨水利用和规划控制，能实现城市雨水利用的最大合理化，可为决策部门进行城市规划和雨水利用提供理论依据和实际应用参考。

The rainwater utilization control in city is affected by the city planning model and the water runoff, and it is diffi-cult to form a city rainwater control model effectively. A city rainwater utilization control model is proposed based on square root iterative volume particle filter. The square root filtering ideas is used, so that rainwater reduction the importance densi-ty function of water energy is closer to posterior probability density. It effectively reflects the rainwater utilization planning of runoff coefficient. Through iterative statistical square root of particle filter to ensure the positive definiteness of the state covariance matrix of rainwater macro planning, implementation of rainwater utilization in city construction control model is obtained. Simulation results show that it can realize the maximum reasonable city rainwater utilization, which can provide the good decision to departments of city planning and rainwater utilization.
