界面特性是影响复合式路面层间强度和使用寿命的关键因素,为研究界面特性对复合式路面界面层强度的影响,文章通过室内研究和现场检测相结合的方式,采用拉拔试验和剪切试验,研究了不同混凝土基层表面处理方式和不同防反材料组成的界面层黏结强度和拉拔强度。结果表明:仅考虑界面层黏结强度和抗剪强度,就界面处治方式而言,露石与刻槽处理的界面要优于拉毛及不处理的界面,露石处理的界面层间强度最高;就防反材料而言,经编复合聚酯玻纤布对界面层强度的改善效果最好,聚酯玻纤布次之,玻纤格栅几乎没有改善;故从提高界面层强度考虑,建议采用露石+经编复合聚酯玻纤布的综合界面处治方案。
界麵特性是影響複閤式路麵層間彊度和使用壽命的關鍵因素,為研究界麵特性對複閤式路麵界麵層彊度的影響,文章通過室內研究和現場檢測相結閤的方式,採用拉拔試驗和剪切試驗,研究瞭不同混凝土基層錶麵處理方式和不同防反材料組成的界麵層黏結彊度和拉拔彊度。結果錶明:僅攷慮界麵層黏結彊度和抗剪彊度,就界麵處治方式而言,露石與刻槽處理的界麵要優于拉毛及不處理的界麵,露石處理的界麵層間彊度最高;就防反材料而言,經編複閤聚酯玻纖佈對界麵層彊度的改善效果最好,聚酯玻纖佈次之,玻纖格柵幾乎沒有改善;故從提高界麵層彊度攷慮,建議採用露石+經編複閤聚酯玻纖佈的綜閤界麵處治方案。

Interface characteristic is the key factor influencing composite pavement strength and service life .In order to study the influence of interface characteristic on the interface layer strength of com-posite pavement ,the bond strength and pull-out strength of interface layer with different anti-reflec-tive materials in different interface treatment modes are analyzed through pull-out test and shear test based on laboratory research and field test .The results show that if the bond strength and shear strength of interface layer are considered only ,in terms of interface treatment mode ,the interface with exposed stone and grooving processing is superior to that with nap or without treatment ,the in-terface layer strength with exposed stone processing is highest .In terms of anti-reflective material , the interface layer strength improved by warp-knitted composite polyester fiberglass cloth is the best , followed by polyester fiberglass cloth ,while fiberglass grating is almost ineffective .So in order to im-prove the interface layer strength ,the comprehensive interface treatment scheme based on exposed stone and warp-knitted composite polyester fiberglass cloth is recommended .
