文章通过深入分析合肥地铁施工过程中几个典型基坑以及重要掘进区段的风险因素，建立了风险指标评价体系。利用层次分析法确定各风险指标的权重，通过对各风险指标的研究，确定了各指标风险等级的阀值，在此基础上利用集对分析理论建立了集对分析模型，对风险指标进行了评价并定级。比较集对分析法得出的定级结果与模糊综合评价法得出的结果，两者基本一致，研究结果对地铁施工的风险评估具有一定的参考价值。

T hrough analyzing the risk factors in the construction of several typical pits and important excavation sections during the subway construction in Hefei City ,the risk index evaluation system is established .The weight of each risk index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) .Through the analysis of various risk indexes ,the threshold value of risk level of each index is determined .A set pair analysis model is built by using the theory of set pair analysis ,and the risk in-dexes are evaluated and classified .T he obtained classification result of set pair analysis and the one of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are basically the same .The research conclusions are valuable for the risk assessment of subway construction .
