为了充分回收利用钼资源,对某选矿厂产出的含钼铜精矿进行了铜、钼分离浮选试验研究。通过对含钼铜精矿进行阶段磨矿、抑制铜等金属硫化矿、有效抑制脉石矿物,获得了钼精矿品位47.35%、含铜0.62%、钼回收率86.45%的较好闭路试验指标。
為瞭充分迴收利用鉬資源,對某選礦廠產齣的含鉬銅精礦進行瞭銅、鉬分離浮選試驗研究。通過對含鉬銅精礦進行階段磨礦、抑製銅等金屬硫化礦、有效抑製脈石礦物,穫得瞭鉬精礦品位47.35%、含銅0.62%、鉬迴收率86.45%的較好閉路試驗指標。

To make full use of molybdenum resources ,an experimental research on the separation of copper and molybdenum is carried out aiming at the molybdenum-containing copper concentrates in one ore-dressing plant .Staged grinding of copper concentrates and suppressing metallic sulfide minerals like copper and gangue minerals contribute to satisfactory closed circuit indexes including molybdenum concentrates grade of 47.35 %,copper content of 0.62 %and molybdenum recovery rate of 86 .45 %.
