文章首先给出了光电二极管的噪声等效模型并具体分析了主要噪声来源,综合3种噪声源用均方根分析法来计算总的噪声输出,提出基于反馈电容和基于复合放大器的2个改进型电路来降低电路的噪声。计算与仿真结果表明基于反馈电容的降噪电路降低了噪声,但信号的带宽也相应降低了,而基于复合放大器的降噪电路降低了噪声且保持信号的带宽几乎不受影响。

The equivalent circuit models of the photodiode amplifier are introduced ,and the main noise sources are studied .Then the total output noise is analyzed by root mean square (RMS) analysis based on three kinds of noises .Finally ,two improved circuits based on feedback capacitance and composite amplifier are proposed to reduce the noise of circuit .T he calculation and simulation results show that the circuit based on feedback capacitance effectively reduces the extreme of noise gain and the band-width of the signal decreases at the same time ,and the circuit based on composite amplifier effectively reduces the extreme of noise gain while the bandwidth of the signal is hardly affected .
