冀东油田堡古2区块中深层井底温度高,钻井过程中钻井液的抗高温能力是井下复杂的重要影响因素之一。从抗高温护胶剂的作用机理出发设计处理剂的分子结构,研究了钻井液抗高温护胶作用,开发了一种抗高温护胶剂HFL-T,确定了抗高温低自由水钻井液的配方,并对其性能进行了评价。室内评价结果表明,该钻井液在180℃高温下性能稳定,抗污染能力强,抑制防塌效果好,岩心污染渗透率恢复值高,具有良好的综合性能,满足堡古2区块中深层低渗油气田的安全高效开发要求。

The temperature in deep wells of Jidong Oilfield Pugu 2 blocks is high.The high temperature re-sistance of the drilling fluid is one of the underground complex important factors during the drilling process. Based on the mechanism of the high temperature resistant protective plastic,the molecular structure of the a-gent is designed,the technology of high temperature resistant protective plastic is studied,a kind of high tem-perature resistant protective plastic named HFL-T is developed,the formula of high temperature resistant and low free water drilling fluid is determined.Laboratory evaluation results show that the drilling fluid has good high temperature stability under 180 ℃,strong anti-pollution ability,good anti-collapse effect and high recovery rate of core pollution permeability.The drilling fluid has good overall performance,which meets the require-ments of the safe and efficient development of the low permeability oilfield.
