通过循环伏安法(CV)对聚中性红修饰玻碳电极的制备方法进行了研究,同时研究了谷氨酸在聚中性红修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,聚中性红修饰玻碳电极对谷氨酸有明显的伏安响应,在电位范围为-0.8~0 V、扫描速率为100 mV·s-1的条件下,谷氨酸在该修饰电极上产生一对氧化还原峰,谷氨酸在5.0×10-6~2.0×10-4 mol·L-1浓度范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N =3)为2.0×10-6 mol·L-1。据此,建立了谷氨酸的电化学分析方法。
通過循環伏安法(CV)對聚中性紅脩飾玻碳電極的製備方法進行瞭研究,同時研究瞭穀氨痠在聚中性紅脩飾玻碳電極上的電化學行為。結果錶明,聚中性紅脩飾玻碳電極對穀氨痠有明顯的伏安響應,在電位範圍為-0.8~0 V、掃描速率為100 mV·s-1的條件下,穀氨痠在該脩飾電極上產生一對氧化還原峰,穀氨痠在5.0×10-6~2.0×10-4 mol·L-1濃度範圍內與峰電流呈良好的線性關繫,檢齣限(S/N =3)為2.0×10-6 mol·L-1。據此,建立瞭穀氨痠的電化學分析方法。

In this paper,the poly(neutral red)modified glassy carbon electrode were prepared by cyclic vol-tammetry method.And the electrochemical behaviors of glutamic acid on the modified electrode were studied.It was found that the modified electrode had effective voltammetry response to glutamic acid.There was a redox peak of glutamic acid on the modified electrode at the potential range of -0.8~0 V with scaning rate of 100 mV·s-1 .The concentration of glutamic acid had a good linear relationship with peak current at the range of 5.0×10-6 ~2.0×10-4 mol·L-1 ,and the detection limit was 2.0×10-6 mol·L-1 (S/N =3).Accordingly,the determination of glutamic acid by electrochemical method was established.
