合成了氯化苄基喹啉铵(QA),评价了其在盐酸介质中对 N80钢的缓蚀性能,分别探讨了丙炔醇(BCC)和JHC-2对 QA 的协同效应,研究了非离子表面活性剂 OP-10对二元复配缓蚀剂体系的增效作用,通过极化曲线和电化学阻抗实验研究了盐酸介质中 QA 的电化学行为。结果表明:盐酸介质中 QA 对 N80钢的缓蚀作用明显,用量为200 mg ·L-1时对 N80钢的缓蚀率达到93%以上;BCC、JHC-2对 QA 的缓蚀性能具有协同效应,最佳配比(mg·L-1)QA∶BCC(JHC-2)为150∶50;非离子表面活性剂 OP-10对二元复配缓蚀剂体系有明显增效作用,最佳配比(mg·L-1)QA∶BCC(JHC-2)∶OP-10为150∶50∶20。

Ammonium chloride benzyl quinoline(QA)was synthesized.The corrosion inhibition performance of QA on steel N80 was evaluated in hydrochloric acid system.Synergistic effect with propargyl alcohol(BCC) and JHC-2 on QA were studied.The synergistic effect of non-ionic surfactant OP-10 on the binary complex sys-tem was discussed.By potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance experiment,the electrochem-ical behavior of QA was studied in the hydrochloric acid system.The results showed corrosion inhibition perfor-mame of QA on steel N80 was obvious in hydrochloric acid system,and the corrosion inhibition rate was up to 93% at the dose of 200 mg·L-1 .BCC and JHC-2 had synergistic effect to QA,and the best ratio of QA∶BCC (JHC-2)was 150∶50.The synergistic effect of OP-10 to the binary complex systems was obvious,and the best ratio of QA∶BCC(JHC-2)∶OP-10 was 150∶50∶20.
