The antibacterial active substance was extracted and separated by macroporous adsorption resin decolorization and ion exchange resin extraction.Using the eluention color and activity as evaluation indexes,the process of decolorization and extraction were optimized.It provides foundation for devecopment and utilization of antibacterial active substance produced by Gracilibacillus ureilyticus .
