目的:探讨互动性健康教育对孕产妇认知行为及分娩的影响。方法选择2012-10~2013-10间在我院孕产妇学校参加孕期健康教育的254例初产妇,按数字随机法分为互动健康教育组(互动组)及传统教育组(传统组),每组各127例。互动组采用互动式健康教育模式,传统组采用传统模式。课程完成后,对两组孕妇健康教育知识的掌握程度、分娩态度、产时应对等采用自制问卷调查方式评价,并对分娩方式、产后24 h出血量及新生儿Apgar评分进行比较。结果互动组关于健康教育知识掌握程度、分娩态度及产时应对优良率均高于传统组( P<0.05)。互动组自然顺产分娩率明显高于传统组( P<0.05);两组新生儿Apgar评分在8分以上的分布无明显区别(P>0.05);产后24 h出血量互动组明显低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论互动性健康教育可有效促进孕妇产时认知行为,增强产妇自然分娩的信心和应对技巧,值得临床推广。

목적:탐토호동성건강교육대잉산부인지행위급분면적영향。방법선택2012-10~2013-10간재아원잉산부학교삼가잉기건강교육적254례초산부,안수자수궤법분위호동건강교육조(호동조)급전통교육조(전통조),매조각127례。호동조채용호동식건강교육모식,전통조채용전통모식。과정완성후,대량조잉부건강교육지식적장악정도、분면태도、산시응대등채용자제문권조사방식평개,병대분면방식、산후24 h출혈량급신생인Apgar평분진행비교。결과호동조관우건강교육지식장악정도、분면태도급산시응대우량솔균고우전통조( P<0.05)。호동조자연순산분면솔명현고우전통조( P<0.05);량조신생인Apgar평분재8분이상적분포무명현구별(P>0.05);산후24 h출혈량호동조명현저우전통조(P<0.05)。결론호동성건강교육가유효촉진잉부산시인지행위,증강산부자연분면적신심화응대기교,치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore effect of interactive health education on cognitive behavior and delivery in pregnant women .Methods 254 pregnant women were selected from early maternal maternal school in the hospital from October , 2012 to October, 2013 and dividing them into interactive health education group ( interactive group ) and traditional education group ( traditional group ) with number method randomly.Each group had 127 cases.Interactive health education mode was applied in interactive group and traditional group were adopted with traditional mode.After the completion of the course , the master degree of health education knowledge , attitude of delivering , property to delivery were evaluated with self -made questionnaire and the mode of delivery , amount of post partum bleeding and neonatal Apgar score were compared between two groups.Results The excellent and good rates of the master degree of health education knowledge , attitude of delivering and property to delivery in interactive group were all significantly higher than traditional group ( P<0.05 ).Natural delivery rate in interactive group were higher than traditional group ( P<0.05 ) There was no significantly difference about neonatal Apgar score between two groups (P>0.05).Amount of 24h post partum bleeding was less than traditional group (P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education mode can effectively promote the cognitive behavior , strengthen confidence and coping skills of natural delivery of pregnant women, and is worth promotion in clinic.
