为了探明黑龙江生鲜农产品流通模式演变的趋势，并对其演变能力做出科学评价，通过层次分析法建立生鲜农产品流通模式演变能力的综合评价指标体系，在此基础上运用主成分分析法，对2000-2011年黑龙江生鲜农产品流通模式演变能力进行定量评价，并对其变化趋势进行分析。结果表明：2000-2011年黑龙江生鲜农产品流通模式演变能力整体呈增强趋势，2000-2007年其演变能力较弱，而2007年至2011年其演变能力较强。对此，应从加强农产品物流基础设施建设、大力发展农业专业合作组织与充分发挥政府相关职能等方面入手，综合促进黑龙江生鲜农产品流通模式演变能力进一步增强。

In order to ascertain the evolution trends of circulation pattern of Heilongjiang fresh agricultural products and evaluate its evolution capability scientifically, the authors established an synthetical evaluation index system of fresh products circulation pattern by analytic hierarchy process,then used principal component analysis to evaluate the evolution capability of circulation pattern of Heilongjiang fresh products from 2000 to 2011 and analyzed the change trends.The results showed that evolution capability of Heilongjiang fresh agricultural products circulation pattern was enhanced in general during 2000 to 2011.It was weak from 2000 to 2007 and strong from 2007 to 2011.For this point,it was suggested to strengthen logistics infrastructure construction of fresh agricultural products, develop agricultural cooperative organizations and exert government functions fully,so as to promote evolution capability of Heilongjiang fresh agricultural products circulation pattern comprehensively.
