为大白菜良种选育提供依据,以新乡市农业科学院育成的新长2号、天津青麻叶、西由78、新乡903和北京新3号5个直筒型大白菜为材料,对球叶数、叶球高、叶球直径、短缩茎高、短缩茎重、叶球松紧度、球形指数、叶绿素总量、叶球重等9个性状进行相关分析。结果表明,大白菜主要农艺性状的变异系数为1.46%~6.28%,其中,球叶数、叶球高、叶球直径、叶绿素总量变异系数较高,遗传选择潜力较大;北京新3号具有较大的选择潜力,天津青麻叶的遗传比较稳定;除球叶数和叶绿素总量2个农艺性状外,其他7个性状之间均存在显著正相关关系。

위대백채량충선육제공의거,이신향시농업과학원육성적신장2호、천진청마협、서유78、신향903화북경신3호5개직통형대백채위재료,대구협수、협구고、협구직경、단축경고、단축경중、협구송긴도、구형지수、협록소총량、협구중등9개성상진행상관분석。결과표명,대백채주요농예성상적변이계수위1.46%~6.28%,기중,구협수、협구고、협구직경、협록소총량변이계수교고,유전선택잠력교대;북경신3호구유교대적선택잠력,천진청마협적유전비교은정;제구협수화협록소총량2개농예성상외,기타7개성상지간균존재현저정상관관계。
To provide a reference for Chinese cabbage breeding,taking five straight cylinder Chinese cabbage varieties(Xinchang 2,Tianjinqingmaye,Xiyou 78,Xinxiang 903 and Beijingxin 3)bred by Xinxiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the materials,a correlation analysis was conducted on nine traits,including heading leaf number,leafy head height,leafy head diameter,shortening stem height, shortening stem weight,leafy head tightness,spherical index,total chlorophyll and leafy head weight. Results:The variation coefficient of main agronomic traits of Chinese cabbage was 1.46%~6.28%. heading leaf number,leafy head height,leafy head diameter and total chlorophyll were of higher variation coefficients and genetic selection potential;Beij ingxin 3 had great selection potential,Tianj inqingmaye was of stable inheritance;except heading leaf number and total chlorophyll,the other seven traits were of significant positive correlations.
