抗菌肽是一类具有生物活性的小分子多肽，在自然界中广泛存在，具有杀灭细菌、真菌、病毒甚至肿瘤细胞的生物活性，同时也具有溶血性。为推动开发新型安全、高效抗菌肽药物及同类研究提供借鉴参考，对天然抗菌肽的理化性质、溶血机制以及抗菌肽溶血性的分子改造设计的一般原则及方式等方面的研究进行了概述，对今后的研究进行了展望。

The antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)is a class of smaller molecular polypeptides,which have bioactivities and widely exist in nature.They can not only inhibit the growth of bacteria,fungi,virus and even tumour,but also have the hemolysis.The physicochemical property,mechanism of the AMP’s hemolysis and its molecular modification were reviewed to provide the theory foundation for the development of the new,safe and high performance antibiotic peptides and provide a reference for similar studies.Meanwhile,further studies were proposed.
